Yes, a Lip Balm primarily provides moisture and hydration to your lips, whereas Lip Sunscreen specifically shields your lips from the detrimental effects of UV rays.
IS THE JUICY LIPS OR NOTHING KIT EDIBLE?

MY GO TO SKINCARE BRAND

I have purchased the serum, barrier care cream (for oily to combination skin), and sunscreen about thrice in the last 4-5 months and just started using the VIP lip balms and I must say its been so good. The products not only treat my concern and take care of my skin but its very affordable and it gives my skin a natural glow and hydrated look that this convinced my mother to purchase it for herself as well even though she has never ever had a skincare routine ever in her life and she does see a lot of difference. Bestest lip balm I’ve ever used. So hydrating and light in weight. And keeps moisturised my lips for about 3-4 hours. Best best best… will purchase only Hyphen’s lip balms and lip screen .. 💚💚💚
