USE IT RIGHT!

HOW TO USE:

First, cleanse your face clean. Apply the Retinal serum, and pat in 1-2 pumps of the serum. Begin by using it twice a week and gradually increase it to 3-4 times a week. Follow it up with a moisturizer and Complete the routine by applying sunscreen the next morning.

Hyphen-tip:

For sensitive skin, use the sandwich method: cleanse - moisturizer - serum - moisturizer.

WHEN TO USE:

Use it in your PM routine. Do not skip sunscreen the next morning.

HOW TO STORE

Store in a cool, dry place and away from heat. Avoid exposure to direct sunlight.

What is the difference between Retinal and Retinol?

Retinal and Retinol are both derivatives of Vitamin A. The key difference lies in their potency and conversion process. Retinaldehyde (Retinal) is more potent than retinol and directly converts to Retinoic Acid, while Retinol requires an additional step in conversion. The serum utilizes encapsulated Retinaldehyde for targeted and real results.

Is it safe to use a high concentration of 0.1% Retinal Reset Serum Pro?

If you are a regular user of Retinol, then 0.1% concentration of Retinal should be safe to use. However, listen to your skin. If your skin feels sensitive, we suggest you try our 0.05% Retinal Reset Serum for beginners.

Can I use Retinal with AHAs and BHAs?

To minimize the risk of skin sensitivity and irritation, refrain from applying Retinal over AHA and BHA-based serums, moisturizers, and toners.

Can I use Retinal in the morning?

It is generally not recommended to use Retinal in the morning as it can increase sensitivity to sunlight. It is best used in the evening as part of your nighttime skincare routine.

What are the dos and don’ts while using retinal?

DOs:

- Start with a lower concentration, if you are new to Retinal.

- Apply sunscreen daily, especially in the morning.

- Gradually increase frequency to allow your skin to adjust.

Don'ts:

- Avoid using Retinol during pregnancy.

- Do not combine with harsh exfoliants initially.

- Avoid using with products containing AHA or BHA simultaneously.

Will this serum possibly irritate my skin or have any side effects?

While individual responses vary, our serum is formulated with encapsulated Retinaldehyde and soothing Cica Extracts to minimize irritation. Start with a patch test and gradually increase usage. If persistent irritation occurs, consult with a dermatologist.
