Step 1: Wash your face thoroughly. 

Step 2: Apply a serum, if you use any. 

Step 3: Apply a sufficient amount of All I Need sunscreen to a clean face, neck, and other sun-exposed areas.

Use daily, 15 minutes before sun exposure. 

Reapply every 3-4 hours for continuous protection.
